Test run for yeerk drone vehicles: one
((from here))
Starscream's moving as soon as her feet hit the floor of her lab, weaving briskly in and out among the stations where her assistants and drones are working.
"This way," she tells the human host who's following her with the bucket containing his squad mates. "Through this door."
Silence falls over them as they enter her private sanctum, which is currently dominated by three tables in the middle of the room. On each of those tables is what looks like a body covered from the chest down with a sheet. One of them is a dead ringer for a certain human woman named Natasha Stanton. Another is a fair haired male, and the third is a dark skinned male with strong features.
"Set the bucket here." She turns to look at him, her expression saying that she expects to be obeyed.

He looks surprised and wary at the command. But as far as he knows she's still a superior officer, and better she do something dodgy to someone else than execute him for mutiny.
He moves over to put the bucket down, then hesitates. "What's your rank, sir?"

The body responds beautifully. It's also sending a request for fuel.

Dallesh sits up, flexing joints and inspecting its new interior. "It's... hungry."
Three watches his squadmate in surprise. "How come you can move?"

"Telrim Four-whatever," Three says suddenly, looking to Five, then to Starscream. "You mentioned her name."

Three holds back a soft snicker as Five scowls and begins to detach. The drone's face goes slack.

//Well?// Starscream asks him, then takes a peek at what Dallesh is doing through the room security cam.

And meanwhile Dallesh is having a high old time with its bits of wire and components. It's on its second attempt at assembly now.

"Good. Good. Feel free to test it out." Starscream subspaces the datapad and pulls out the scanner again. "So, the other one, someone expendable?"

Five decides to go for a little stroll around the room, considering the question. "No," she decides finally, almost reluctantly. "Not part of our division."
