Test run for yeerk drone vehicles: one

((from here))

Starscream's moving as soon as her feet hit the floor of her lab, weaving briskly in and out among the stations where her assistants and drones are working.

"This way," she tells the human host who's following her with the bucket containing his squad mates. "Through this door."

Silence falls over them as they enter her private sanctum, which is currently dominated by three tables in the middle of the room. On each of those tables is what looks like a body covered from the chest down with a sheet. One of them is a dead ringer for a certain human woman named Natasha Stanton. Another is a fair haired male, and the third is a dark skinned male with strong features.

"Set the bucket here." She turns to look at him, her expression saying that she expects to be obeyed.

Five does choke a couple of times there. Something about a mechanical creature that size and its being destroyed by more drunken machines.

Heck, drunken machines.

Starscream pats her on the back, greatly amused but hiding it skillfully. "The next day they apparently found my former superior's new second in command bound to a pillar with over two kilometers of the wire."

"Two kilometers?" Five echoes in a splutter.

"So I hear." Starscream tilts her head and regards it quizzically.

"Isn't that excessive for tying up one person?"

"Oh very. But also in keeping with the personalities of the culprits, if I recall correctly."

"But how do you even wrap that much around..." She's caught up in working out the mechanics of it - and yes, she's forgotten what Starscream told her about the size shift.

"Cyclonus was a tall mech. I don't think it would have been hard."

Five seems to remember what it's dealing with here, and its only response is to nod dumbly and polish off the chips.
