Five's surface thoughts currently involve Yeerk brilliance and humanity's comparative weakness - what do the primates have that her people don't? There's plenty of pride, stinging slightly from Starscream's insult - but then Starscream was basing her judgement on what the Yeerk told her, wasn't she? And that's not enough to critcise. Five herself doesn't know that much.
